Good win over the Redskins! They are not a good team, but a divisional foe and we needed that win...so I'll take it!

The Vikings are next and we again need a win! This game is one we cant loose sight of, with the Eagles looming the following week.

Giants defense must stay strong against the Minnesota run with Peterson and with some returning Offensive weapons...Eli must put points on the board and turnovers down!

Enjoy game Sunday @ 1 pm in Minnesota

Despite back to back inner-division losses ( Cowboys & Eagles ) we are just 1 game out of first place....so today VS Jacksonville and alil help from the Bears and we could sit atop the division with the Eagles!

We need to get thru the next 2/3 weeks and then the injured should return by the masses! If we get into post-season , we may be back to near 100 % by then, but the next few games are important! and teams we should beat!

This Season of "NFL Eqaulity" ... The two teams healthiest in Post Season will be your Superbowl Teams!

First stop is beating Jacksonville, and if the Giants are for real they need to WIN despite being banged up!

Well the Giants looked GREAT against Houston! two back to back wins over Chicago and the Texans and we find ourselves with a chance to be atop the NFC East ALONE!

Lets hope we dont sleep on Detroit !

Looking at the Division and the Weekend....Giants should win at home vs Lions, Eagles will have a tough game vs Atlanta...Redskins will have their hands full with the Colts and The Cowboys could be really on their heels following this weekend with Minnesota..should they lose!

So keep the Offense pumping and the Defense stay hungry and we will go thru a 3rd straight win over the Lions !!!!

The Giants were a NO-SHOW in Indy !
Complete meltdown vs the Colts
This week the buzz is the Giants are Re-Focused!

Lets hope so because the Titans will be a good match-up.
Last week the Titans lost to Pittsburgh so they will be hungry for a WIN!

G-Men need to play well on both sides of the ball

Question is... who , if anyone, will step up and become a leader on this team ?

After the blow-out in Indy it will be interesting to see how the Giants do vs Titans.... Fight back or Lay down ? We will see ....

Giants - Colts Week 2

The "Manning" Bowl Eli vs Payton

Who will win this one....hmmm

I think the question is , will the Giants show up for a Nationally Televised Night game ? The Giants always seem to not show up if they play after 4 pm.

The Colts gave up a ton of yards on the ground to the Texans last week, the Giants MUST get yards from Bradshaw & Jacobs !

Also the Giants defense cannot wait until after halftime to pressure the QB!
If the Giants let Payton Manning sit in the pocket all day, the Giants WILL LOSE!

Special Teams must also step up this week!

This is a great "early" season test for the Giants !

On the Road, In a Dome, Primetime Game....will they be the 2nd "Not Ready For Prime Time Players" or WIN !

Giants - Panthers

Well week # 1.....Positives.....A Win, 31 Points, Several Interceptions and sacks!

Negatives.....3 interceptions of our own, although not completely Eli's fault and it took an entire half before the defense figured out you have to pressure any QB in the NFL.

The Giants defense was in " Prevent " mode pretty much the entire first half. If they play that way against a really good team ... they will get killed! Not sure why we as fans see that a pressure defense works, yet the coaches cant ? All the good defenses of the league are good because they know
" Pressure = Mistakes " Why is it from time to time the Giants fall into dream land and forget this......

Offensively the Giants Pass game seemed ok, but the run was horrible in the first half. Glad to see both Jacobs and Bradshaw step it up in the second half!

Game Ball goes to Hakeem Nicks ( 3 Touchdown Receptions )

Hopefully the Giants are looking at films for next week and seeing how the Texans ran all over the Colts! ( Jacobs & Bradshaw thats a hint....RUN!~ ) and Im pretty sure that if the Giants "D" doesnt pressure Payton, he'll make em pay!

Giants 1 - 0 ! We'll look at the Giants - Colts match-up later in the week...

Game 1 vs. Carolina Panthers

Ok its a new season and a brand new stadium! but will it be a "Defense" we see Sunday? New Defensive Coordinator Perry Fewell will need to have the G-Men defense step it up this season....with a definate need for a solid defensive backfield!

Last Season the Giants put points on the board, but gave up more!

Another question is the Giants Running Game ? Will Brandon Jacobs have a good season and will Ahmad Bradshaw be the # 2 back we need to offset Jacobs and keep opposing defenses on their toes ?

This week we have the Carolina Panthers...
Always a tough defense , but with a new QB will the Panthers offense test the Giants "D" ?

I think this is a must win! Opening game, home, against a so-so team...

We will see ....
